Gun Trust Lawyer – Our Process

From Initial Contact To Completed Colorado Gun Trust Using A Colorado Gun Trust Lawyer In Under 7 Days

At Clark Legal Services LLC and 5280 Gun Trusts we strive to make the process of creating and obtaining a Colorado Gun Trust as easy as possible. We use a three step process:

Contact your Gun Trust Lawyer by calling (720) 358-4768 or start the process online here

Step One

We will send you a contract and a workbook to complete and return to us.

If you have any questions about the workbook or the contract, you can contact us for immediate answers.

Step Two

Once you return the signed contract and completed workbook to us along with your payment, we begin drafting your gun trust.

Step Three

We then offer two options:

  1. Schedule an in-person appointment during which we will sign and notarize all paper documents.  Your trust will be fully described and reviewed for you by your Colorado Gun Trust lawyer.  You will leave our office with your signed Colorado Gun Trust and all supporting documentation in a binder AND a USB drive with electronic copies of all documents.
  2. An online only process that provides an electronic copy of all documents.  You will need to download and print all the documents yourself and get some of them notarized.  We include instructions to help you properly execute all the documents.  You will be sent a USB drive with all the unsigned documents once you have confirmed the date you had the documents notarized.

The whole process is generally completed within 7 days.
